Shipping Questions
Yes, COD is available across most of Pakistan. A small handling fee applies, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Currently we only ship within Pakistan. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon, stay tuned!
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, as we're unable to make changes once the order is with the courier.
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the parcel. You can also coordinate a preferred delivery time directly with the rider once they contact you.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email.
