3Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography. All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are final for that order.

4Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (available in select cities)

5Shipping & Delivery

Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for other regions. Meher Loom is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Sale items and made-to-order pieces may be excluded from this policy. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchange page.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
