Tracking Questions
Tracking links are sent once your order is handed over to our courier partner, usually within 1–2 working days of placing your order. If it's been longer, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.
Courier updates can occasionally lag behind the actual shipment location. If your status hasn't moved in more than 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier directly.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, as we're unable to make changes once the order is with the courier.
